Toni McAlindin runs
workshops and courses both public and tailored to the individual
organisation.
These are for any level of management or staff including employee
representatives.
Course numbers will depend on the organisation’s needs and
the need to be interactive. Small groups will be more appropriate
where the material is presented in a workshop with case studies
and discussion whereas a larger audience can be accommodated for
seminars.
All areas of employment law are covered including
• Managing discipline, grievances and dismissal
•
Managing sickness absence
•
Managing performance
•
Updates on the latest employment laws and caselaw
•
Working with transfers of an undertaking
•
Managing redundancy
•
Practical aspects on employee relations
•
Data protection
•
Making and varying contracts of employment
•
Understanding maternity
•
Understanding discrimination legislation
•
Working with trade unions
•
Understanding working time
Courses and seminars can be tailored to include several topics
and case studies can be used to develop a point and stimulate discussion.
